Honesty and Integrity
As an Opposition, we must assertively protect the Jamaican Constitution as the supreme law of the land, and the hard-fought rights of the Jamaican people, in keeping with our sacred oath as parliamentarians. We must not put short-term political concerns ahead of upholding the fundamental principles for which we stand. We must stand for integrity in public affairs and present the people of Jamaica with a credible alternative to a corrupt and increasingly autocratic governance.
As a Government and a Party we must ensure that within our organization that we hold each other accountable and do not tolerate any attempt to corrupt the public purse or system and act swiftly to remove it where it happens, while we work in ways that uphold our constitution.
